A duty-free island of rainforest, mangrove boat trips, a cable car and long quiet beaches.
Langkawi is an archipelago of ninety-nine islands in the Andaman Sea, most of them untouched. The main island has beaches like Pantai Cenang and Tanjung Rhu, a cable car and curved sky bridge above the rainforest, and mangroves in the north where boats go looking for eagles and monitor lizards.
