Jourimo is currently run as a single-person project in a closed test phase. A sole proprietorship will be registered afterwards; this page will then carry the trade details and, if issued, the VAT identification number.

No VAT identification number under § 27a of the German VAT Act has been issued so far.

Jourimo links to booking sites, among them Aviasales and Hotellook through the Travelpayouts affiliate programme. If you book through such a link we may earn a commission. The price you pay does not change because of it.

These links are marked as sponsored for search engines and are recognisable in the text as the way to the provider. Which flights and stays are shown does not depend on whether a commission is earned.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under § 7 (1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.

Prices, availability, flight and accommodation data come from third parties and are not verified by us. They are not binding; what the respective provider shows during booking is. Wherever a value is estimated or comes from a cache, Jourimo says so at the value itself.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external websites over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is always responsible for that content. No infringements were apparent when the links were set. We remove such links immediately if we learn of an infringement.

Content and works created by us on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Content added by users remains theirs.

Jourimo uses freely licensed third-party data: maps and routes build on OpenStreetMap (ODbL licence) and openrouteservice, places and sights on Wikivoyage, Wikipedia and Wikidata, images on Wikimedia Commons. Author and licence are credited with every image.
