Paella’s birthplace, futuristic architecture and city beaches.

Valencia mixes a Gothic old town and the huge Central Market with the white City of Arts and Sciences and a green riverbed park that runs through the city. Paella comes from the rice fields of the Albufera; the whitewashed coast towns of the Costa Blanca lie to the south.
